What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat Rs. 199 for delivery all over Pakistan.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery as well as online payment options.
Can I open my parcel before payment?
No, parcel opening is not allowed before payment on COD orders as per courier company policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
What happens if my paid order is canceled by Modoura?
If we cancel your prepaid order, your full amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
