Return & Exchange Policy

At Modoura, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

Returns

We accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery only if:

- You received the wrong product.

- The wrong size was sent by Modoura.

- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

- The item you received is different from what you ordered.

Returned items must be:

- Unused and unworn.

- In their original condition.

- Returned with all original tags and packaging.

Exchanges

If the issue is caused by Modoura (such as the wrong size, wrong product, or a manufacturing defect), we will exchange your product free of shipping charges.

If the customer ordered the wrong size or wishes to exchange for personal preference, the exchange is possible, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

In addition, if within 7 days of delivery a genuine manufacturing issue appears after the first recommended wash (such as unusual colour fading or a quality defect), Modoura will review the case and, if approved, provide an exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds can be issued through:

- Bank Transfer

- Easypaisa

- JazzCash

- Or the original payment method, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Sale or discounted products.

- Used, washed, or damaged items (unless a verified manufacturing defect appears as described above).

- Products damaged due to improper use or care.

Damaged During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged due to the courier service, please contact Modoura immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and help you find the best possible solution.
