Order Processing
- Orders are processed on the same day after payment is successfully confirmed.
- Before payment and dispatch, we provide product photos and videos whenever applicable so you can shop with confidence.
- Orders placed on Sunday are accepted but will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location or courier operations.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping starts from PKR 249.
- Shipping charges may increase depending on the parcel's weight and size.

The courier is selected based on your location and the fastest available service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking ID and regular order updates via WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment until delivery.

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, our team will keep you informed and provide updates as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again before the order is re-dispatched.
